1. Scope of Service
Yön Group offers visa application consulting, university admission processes, document preparation, translation, and interview preparation on a package or hourly basis. Details appear in the relevant package agreement.
2. Application Outcomes
Yön Group provides consulting; the visa, admission, or work permit decision belongs solely to the relevant country's authorities. Negative outcomes do not entitle you to a refund of the consulting fee.
3. Payment
Service fees are billed at the start of the package or in stages. Payments are accepted by bank transfer or at our office in cash or by POS.
4. Cancellation and Refund
Cancellation and refund are governed by Articles 5–7 of the Distance Sales Contract. Cancellations made within the 14-day withdrawal period and before service delivery begins are refunded in full. The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalised services (SOP writing, university application preparation, etc.) or to services whose delivery has begun with the customer's explicit consent. For cancellations after service delivery has begun, the balance is refunded after deducting work performed and expenses incurred, and the refund cannot exceed 80% of the prepayment.
5. Customer Obligations
You are responsible for the accuracy and timely delivery of the documents and information you provide. Delays caused by incorrect or late documents are not Yön Group's responsibility.
6. Intellectual Property
Site content, package descriptions, and SOP templates are Yön Group's intellectual property. They may not be reproduced or republished without permission.
7. Jurisdiction
Disputes arising from these terms are subject to the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul. For customers acting as consumers, the right to apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts named in Article 8 of the Distance Sales Contract is reserved.
