1. Data Controller

As [Company legal name] (Yön Group; Yıldız, Kısıklı Cd, No:28 Floor 1-2, 34662 Üsküdar/Istanbul), we commit to securing and keeping your personal data confidential as the data controller under the KVKK (Turkish Personal Data Protection Law).

2. Collected Data

Through contact forms, application processes, and customer service channels, we collect your name, email, phone, target country, education/work background, and the documents required for your application.

3. Processing Purposes

Data is processed to deliver consulting services, run application processes, manage customer relations, and meet legal obligations. We never use it for marketing without explicit consent.

4. Transfers

Data is shared only with consulates, universities, and official application systems as required by the process. International transfers are made only with the user's explicit consent under Article 9 of the KVKK.

5. Retention

Data is retained throughout the active application and the legal retention period afterward (10 years). After expiry it is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized.

6. Your Rights
