1. Parties

BUYER: Consumer purchasing services through the website.

2. Subject

This contract governs the rights and obligations regarding the sale and provision of the consulting service that the BUYER orders electronically through yonstudent.com, which belongs to the SELLER.

3. Service Information

The service name, package, price (VAT included), and delivery time appear in the order summary. Service delivery begins within 24 hours of payment confirmation.

4. Payment

Payment is made via bank transfer, in-office payment, or other secure methods listed on the site. All amounts are in Turkish Lira (TRY), VAT included.

5. Right of Withdrawal

The BUYER may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days, without justification or penalty, before service delivery begins. Withdrawal notice must be sent in writing to info@yonstudent.com. If service delivery starts with the BUYER's explicit consent before the 14-day period expires, the right of withdrawal cannot be used.

6. Exceptions to Withdrawal

Pursuant to Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation Article 15, services already begun with the BUYER's consent, or personalized services (SOP writing, university application preparation, etc.), fall outside the scope of withdrawal.

7. Refund

If withdrawal is validly exercised, the paid amount is refunded to the same payment instrument within 14 days. Where service has partially started, the balance is refunded after deducting work done and expenses incurred, and the refund cannot exceed 80% of the prepayment.

8. Dispute Resolution

Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts have jurisdiction over consumer complaints. The monetary limits that decide which body to apply to are announced annually by the Turkish Ministry of Trade.

9. Effect

This contract enters into force upon electronic approval by the BUYER.
